It gave a wonderful sense of tranquility and charm. Secondly, the staff were beyond attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Thirdly, the rooms were amazing, with each one offering a stunning view of the breathtaking Ragusa Ibla. I was lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, providing me with lovely views over the valley to the old town on the opposite mountain. Lastly, breakfast was the cherry on top, with the incredible view over Ragusa Ibla and the freshly squeezed orange juice made to order. It was the perfect way to start each day.

The bathroom needed some attention, as the shower was inflexible and the water remained on the floor outside of it. the leather chair in the room was partially peeled off and needed repair or replacing.

Found an ideal location in a quiet area, close to the town centre and with views of the surrounding countryside. The staff were cheerful, attentive and could not do enough for us during our Xmas stay. They provided top tips on local restaurants and how to get around the town. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of food. We loved relaxing in our room with excellent views and really appreciated the clean and comfortable room.

The only drawback was the parking, which was a little cramped, and we had to spend time driving around to find a space. There were a few spots nearby, but we parked further away to avoid the crowds and traffic in this popular location.
